This wedding package is from 2 up to 10 people.
When the group is larger than 10 people every extra person has a
charge of US$20 per person. (Including tax and service charge)

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CIVIL WEDDING
Valid Passport (Bridegroom and Witnesses).
Original Birth certificates (from both).
Divorce certificate ( if apply), stamp by the Dominican Embassy in
your country (If is a woman should be minimum 10 month divorced)
Celibacy certificate (is a lawyer declaration that certified you can
get married legally).
Two Witnesses.
Death Certificate (if apply) and previous wedding certificate.
All documents must be translated to Spanish by an official
translator and legalized by the Dominican embassy in your country.
You must bring the original documents.
BOOK YOUR WEDDING
Due to the high amount of requests for wedding dates,
we kindly ask you to request your date as soon as possible. We have
a policy of having only one wedding per day, as we believe it should
be your special day. In order to reserve & confirm the date, we
require written confirmation prior
to your arrival, always depending on date availability. We just need
you to email us or fax back the Wedding Request Form (if you do not
get it with the package please request it to the coordinator) and a
copy of a credit card (both sides) and ID as a guarantee for us to
save the date.
We do not require a deposit and we do not make any charges prior the
wedding day, all the wedding charges will go onto the room account
which you can settle during your stay. The hotel accepts credit
cards (Master card, Visa & American Express – we do not take
Discovery CC), traveler’s checks and cash.
Here at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Hotel, we understand that all
couples have their own idea of how they want their special day to be
so we try to be as flexible as possible.
Between now and when you walk down the aisle, you will have lots of
questions; please do not hesitate to contact our wedding coordinator
by email, fax or telephone so that we can answer any individual
questions. No question is too small or too big, please let us help
you as much as possible. We are here to take the stress out of
planning a destination wedding.
